CHURCH DIRECTORY – You have heard over the past few weeks about our plan for a new. In house, pictorial church directory. You have been updating the contact information for us. Now it is time to start gathering pictures. If you have a picture you like, please provide us with a digital copy if possible. If not, give us the picture and we will scan it. Finally, we will be making arrangements to take pictures during Coffee hour until we get all the pictures. You may email your pictures to Fr. Paul at frpaulhicks@trinity-church.org or to Jim Full at news@trinity-church.org. Your assistance is appreciated.
BOOK SALE – Volunteers are needed for sorting books for the book sale. We are getting books every day and additional help is needed.
CHURCH PICNIC – Save August 7 on your calendar for the annual church picnic. Once again it will be held at Jackson Park in Vienna.
SUPPER CLUB will not meet in July or August. There is a new sign-up sheet on the Trinity Hall bulletin board. You may host it in your home or in a restaurant. Questions may be addressed to Lynn Fury-Prather at 304-485-2517 or 304-483-1297, or Julie Gyongyosi at 304-422-4121.
INTERNMENT CEREMONY for Kerry Bowen will be held today at 11:45 a.m. or immediately following the 10:30 service.
GREENBRIER VALLEY FLOOD RELIEF – Donations are still being accepted, and to make it even easier to give, a special list has been set up on Amazon with the most needed items at this time. The Diocese of West Virginia is accepting donations to be used solely to help the flood victims. You can donate with Paypal from the E-Giving section of our website at www.wvdiocese.org. (After clicking on the E-Giving hand on the home page, choose the ‘For a Specified Use’ button. After you complete your name and credit card information and click on ‘review donation and continue’ at the bottom of the page, you will be directed to a page that allows you to specify that your donation is to be used for flood relief.) You may also mail a check to the Diocesan Office. Checks should be payable to Diocese of WV with ‘flood relief’ in the memo line and mailed to: Diocese of WV, P.O. Box 5400, Charleston, WV 25361.
