VESTRY ELECTIONS – We will be electing both vestry member replacements and diocesan convention delegates at the annual meeting.  The outgoing vestry members act as a nominating committee for the new members, but if you are interested in seeking election as a convention delegate please let the Sr. Warden, Lynn Prather know before December 18th.

ANNE’S CHRISTMAS BRUNCH  – The annual St. Anne’s Christmas Brunch will be held Sunday, December 10 at 12:30 p.m. at the home of Paula Sellers in Belpre.

STEWARDSHIP – While our stewardship efforts and our budgeting process are not one and the same, there’s no denying the fact that those two activities are connected. The pledge cards we receive serve as the foundation upon which we lay our budgeted expenses. By now, most of you have likely heard a voice message reminder about returning pledge cards, and you may have wondered if we are struggling to make ends meet for the 2018 budget. While we anticipate we will have to make a few adjustments to balance the budget, our reminder was simply motivated by a slower return rate on pledge cards than we typically experience. Our history with the Trinity family tells us that most, if not all, of us have already made commitments in our hearts about how we will use our time, talent, and treasure to advance God’s kingdom through Trinity in 2018. So, we ask you to consider taking a few minutes to complete a pledge card today or email your pledge to Paul Miller (pemiller53@gmail.combefore Tuesday at 9 a.m. so we can continue the budgeting process with our foundation secure. If you have any questions or comments about the process or this request, please let us know.

Thank you, Becky Mathis-Stump (Stewardship Committee Co-Chair) and John Brownfield (Budget Committee Chair)

ADULT EDUCATION – In Adult Education we are going to study a guide published by Forward Movement named “Instructions in the Life of Prayer.” It starts with individual preparation in prayer and then moves to corporate worship. The series begins December 10th.
