HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OPPERTUNITY – Wood County Habitat for Humanity is looking for mowing help to maintain vacant lots throughout the county where houses have not yet been constructed. If you or a group from your church are interested, call the Habitat office at 304-422-7907.
FYNE JUNQUE SALE – The Fyne Junque Sale will be held this coming weekend and items are needed. Bring your items to Trinity Hall A.S.A.P where they are being stored. Your junque can be someone’s treasure.
FIRST SATURDAY BREAKFAST GROUP – The monthly First Saturday Breakfast Group will meet at 9:00 a.m., Saturday May 2nd at the Churn in Belpre. Everyone is invited to this time of spiritual discussion.
FAITHLINK FUNDRAISING DINNER – The annual Faithlink fundraising dinner is on Thursday, April 30th at Ohio Valley University. There will be a silent auction at 5:00 with the dinner and program from 6:00 to 7:30. PETERKIN SUMMER CAMPS – Summer is quickly approaching and NOW is the time to register for Peterkin Summer Camps. Complete and return the appropriate camp registration form, and mail it to Daisy at Peterkin with your check and signed Covenant. Forms are available on the sofa table in the Memorial Library and also on the Peterkin website at www.peterkin.org. Don’t miss the fun this summer – send in your registration today!
ECUMENICAL SCRIPTURE WORKSHOP – The 45th annual Ecumenical Scripture Workshop, hosted by the Diocese of Wheeling Charleston, will be held at the Priestfield Pastoral Center June 22-26, 2015. The presenters from the last two years are returning to discuss “How to Cope With Change – When You’re Not in Charge.” The price is still below $400 for a single room for the week and includes room and board. Socials and meeting materials are included in the price.
