DISCRETIONARY SUNDAY – Next Sunday is Discretionary Sunday. The loose offering given will go into the Rector’s fund to assist the needy with items not otherwise covered by the budget.
COMMUNITY RESOURCES – In June, our partnership with the Thrive food pantry resulted in assistance to 86 total people, 64 of which were new, and 14 were referred to case management for additional assistance. Through our partnership with Community Resources, 20 families received utility assistance from the Trinity Funding.
SUPPER CLUB – Be sure to sign up for Supper Club at the Riviera Restaurant on the sternwheeler in Marietta. It’s located on Front St at the boat museum. We will begin at 6:30 on July 19. We need to let the restaurant know how many we will have by the 17th. Contact Lynn Fury-Prather or

BUS TRIP TO WHEELING – On Saturday, October 5 we have scheduled a bus trip to Wheeling to hear Bishop Michael Curry speak. There are a few tickets left at a cost of $36.18, which includes the bus ticket and a ticket for the event. PICTORIAL DIRECTORY UPDATE – We are getting ready to update our pictorial directory, but we still have a few pictures to add. FIRST FIVE – This is a friendly reminder for you to take the first five minutes following the dismissal to greet someone in the service that you don’t know and make them feel welcome.
CHURCH PICNIC – The church picnic will be August 11 at the City Park. We will have more information later in the summer.
ECW – The ECW will hold their July meeting on July 30 in the conference room.
