PLEDGE CARDS – In order to have the time to work on the budget for 2020, we ask that you return your pledge cards by Sunday, November 24th, along with your brown bags.
BROWN BAG WEEKEND – Next Saturday and Sunday we will have brown bags, with a needs list attached. The items listed are items that Thrive needs most for their food pantry. Trinity has partnered with Thrive as they can serve the hungry 5 days a week, from noon to 4 p.m. They have access to fresh produce, and the clients are able to “shop” for the food that they like, rather than giving them items that they won’t eat.
CLERGY CONFERENCE – Fr. Paul will be at Clergy Conference at Peterkin Monday through Wednesday (November 11 – 13).
FAMILY MOVIE – Next Sunday, November 17th at 3:00 pm in Trinity Hall. This is an in-reach activity, we will offer popcorn and lemonade. The movie this month is “The Star”.
CHRISTMAS OUTREACH – Envelopes are in the bulletin to help us provide Christmas meals for needy families.
FIRST FIVE – This is a friendly reminder for you to take the first five minutes following the dismissal to greet someone in the service that you don’t know and make them feel welcome.
PERSONAL CARE BAGS – Trinity provides 75 bags of personal care items for the Adopted Family Christmas project at Good Shepherd. The bags with the shopping list inside are in baskets at the front & back of the church, and there are two larger baskets at the back of the church to put the filled bags in. We need the bags returned by Sunday, December 1st, so that they can be delivered to Good Shepherd that week, as they set the store up on December 6th.
