CHURCH DIRECTORY – There are 2 copies of an updated in-house directory, one on the sofa table in the Memorial Library, and the other on the stand at the back of the church. We want everyone to take a look at it, check spelling in name and ad-dress, check the address, and correct house #and street name or number. Check the phone number(s) and also email addresses. If you find an error, make a correction in the books or on the paper with the books. Also, if you are making Trinity your home church, and we don’t yet have your information, please note that on the paper with your contact in-formation so that we can get in touch, get you on our mailing list for the Trinity Times, etc.
BOOK SALE – Volunteers are needed for sorting books for the book sale. We are getting books every day and additional help is needed.
OFFICE CLOSED – The office will be closed Monday July 4 for Independence Day. The feeding program will continue as usual.
FIRST SATURDAY BREAKFAST for July will be at Panera Bread. The Redwood will be closed for renovations.
CHURCH PICNIC – Save August 7 on your calendar for the annual church picnic. Once again it will be held at Jackson Park in Vienna. Additional information will be forthcoming.
SUPPER CLUB will not be held in July and August. There is a new sign-up sheet in Trinity Hall. It begins in September and you may host in your home or in a restaurant.
FEEDING BODY AND SOUL AT SANDSCREST – A series of programs called Feeding Body and Soul @ Sandscrest is planned at the Sandscrest Retreat and Conference Center in Wheeling. The events, all held on Sundays, feature an educational and spiritual presentation at 4 p.m., with a potluck supper at 5 p.m. and conclude with vespers at 6 p.m. Participants are asked to bring a covered dish to share.
