WOMEN’S CONFERENCE – All women in the diocese are urged to save the dates of September 8-9, 2017 for this year’s Women’s Conference. It will be held in South Charleston, the theme of the weekend is “Eucharisteo!” With The Rev. Helen Van Koevering as guest speaker. Information and registration forms can be found on the sofa table in the Memorial Library.
SUPPER CLUB – The first supper club of the fall will be held in Trinity Hall, September 15th at 6:30 p.m. There will be a buffet dinner catered by Chams Restaurant and hosted by Bob and Edie Newman. The price for the dinner is $20 per person. A signup sheet, along with a menu, is on the bulletin board. Please sign up by September 11th so an accurate count may be taken.
ASSISTANT BISHOP’S VISIT – Bishop Mark Van Koevering will visit Trinity on December 3. This will give us an opportunity for confirmation and baptisms. If you are interested in joining Trinity and being confirmed (or baptized or both), please let Fr. Paul know right away. Confirmation preparation will take place on Sunday mornings during Adult Education starting October 1st. If you have any questions, please talk to Fr. Paul.
ANNUAL MUM SALE – The Parkersburg Day Nursery is once again selling mums to help support their program. The color options are red, yellow, white, purple, and bronze. 8 inch pots are 3 for $15 of 1 for $6. 12 inch pots are $15 each. Mums will be delivered Wednesday, September 13th. There is a signup sheet on the bulletin board in Trinity Hall.
