***********************************************************
ANNUAL MEETING – The Annual Meeting will be held today in the Trinity Hall after the 10:30 a.m. service. Along with the various reports the approved budget will be presented for 2020. We will also elect our delegates for Diocesan Convention and our new vestry members. It is possible these will be the delegates that will elect the new Bishop. The candidates for Convention are Bob Harris, Paul Miller, Dennis Ramsay, and Scott Ramsay. The candidates for vestry are Kevin Oliphant, Bev Reger, and Paula Sellers, for full 3-year terms; Barbara Full to fulfil Becky Mathis-Stump’s unexpired term; and Mark Miller to fulfil Justin Warren’s unexpired term.
TRINTY TALENT SHOW – Last year’s talent show was very successful. We had great acts, and, of course, we’d love those people to come back, but we also hope that more of you will now get up the nerve to share your talent with your Trinity family. Think about some special thing you could share with us — maybe you dance, juggle, tell jokes, recite poetry, sing, play an instrument, do magic tricks. We’d love to have a big variety of talents. We’re looking for acts of about 3-5 minutes each, although they could certainly be shorter. And if your act includes a friend who doesn’t attend Trinity, that’s fine, too. Get in touch with Barbara Full (304-482-8604) fullhouse@suddenlink.net and tell her what you’re planning. We look forward to a fun evening!! There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board in Trinity Hall.
FAMILY MOVIE – This month’s family movie is “Overcomer”. The movie will be shown at 3:00 p.m. January 19, in Trinity Hall. After the movie those who wish to will go to The Pizza Place across from PHS to have dinner.
ECW WINTER LUNCHEON – All ladies of Trinity Episcopal Church are cordially invited to the ECW Winter Luncheon on January 21, 2020, at 12:00 noon at the Parkersburg Country Club. Please remember to make you reservation. See the insert in the bulletin for additional information.
NEW FANS – New fans will be installed in the Nave Wednesday, January15 and Thursday, January 16. There will be a lift and other equipment will be used. Please be aware of this if you need to be in the Nave those days. The12:15 p.m. Wednesday Eucharist will be in Adams Chapel.
