Questions concerning building projects can also be asked.  All are welcome and encouraged to attend.   ROOF REPLACEMENT – The replacement of the Trinity Hall Roof has begun and the contractor is using the four parking spaces behind the church.  Please leave these spaces open until the work is completed.  SUPPER CLUB – A new 2015-2016 supper club signup sheet is on the bulletin board in Trinity Hall.  The suppers begin in September Several dates are still available.  If you would like to host a supper, either in your home, or at a restaurant, please put your name on the list in Trinity Hall.  ANNE’S GUILD will meet September 15th at 1:30, at the home of Ann Bailey on River Road in Vienna. All current, and interested potential new members, are welcome.  DEANERY MEETING – There will be a Deanery meeting at Good Shepherd on September 27th at 3:00 p.m.  All delegates and alternates should be in attendance.  ECW FALL MEETING will be held Monday, October 12th, at the church.  Additional information will be announced as it becomes available.  For now, save the date.  BOOK MARKING – Book marking is now meeting every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning from 10:00am until 1:00pm.   Books are needed and help is needed to mark books.  If you can give any time at all it would be greatly appreciated.  Evenings are a possibility if you are able.

CONGRATULATIONS to Lindsey and Dan Monek on the birth of their daughter, Eliizabeth Grace Monek.  Elizabeth was born August 24th in Colunbus weighing 6lbs. 13 oz.  Mother and caughter are doing well. HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OPPERTUNITY – Wood County Habitat for Humanity is looking for mowing help to maintain vacant lots throughout the county where houses have not yet been constructed.  If you or a group from your church is interested, call the Habitat office at 304-422-7907. PETERKIN SUMMER CAMPS – Summer is quickly approaching and NOW is the time to register for Peterkin Summer Camps.   Complete and return the appropriate camp registration form, and mail it to Daisy at Peterkin with your check and signed Covenant.  Forms are available on the sofa table in the Memorial Library and also on the Peterkin website at www.peterkin.org. All forms need to be signed by the clergy.  Send in your registration today! RELAY FOR LIFE – The Relay For Life will be held at City Park Saturday, May 16th from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.  The Trinity team, Hamp’s Helpers, can use your help.  If you have been saving your quarters throughout the year, please turn them in as soon as you can.  You can also help by walking laps, or if you are unable to walk, you can rock in a rocking chair for pledges for time rocked.  If you would like to buy a Luminary to remember loved ones lost to cancer or to honor someone who is battling the disease, Susie has the forms. BOOK MARKING – Book marking is an annual event and labor of love for Trinity. For those of you who are not familiar with Book Marking we, as in volunteers, meet every Tuesday and Wednesday morning from 10:00am until 1:00pm. We break for lunch, some order in or bring lunch, have fun and share interesting stories of our lives (some are often funny!). We are extending an invitation to our friends of Trinity to come visit us, see how we work, and maybe join us. We really need help!

Jackson 11:30 am: Coffee Hour *************************************ANNOUNCEMENTS*********************************** DOK TEA will be held at the Parkersburg Country Club, September 27th at 2:00pm.  The tea is for current members and any ladies who would like to become members.  If you are interested in attending the tea, please RSVP Susie by September 22, as she has to give a final count to the Country Club by that date.  BOOK SALE – A new committee is in charge of the Book Sale.  Sue Ellen Johnson, Cara Bowen, Pam Parsons and Barbara Craft have accepted the challenge but have been overwhelmed with books.  This is a good thing, but more people to help mark books are needed.  If you can give even one hour it would be appreciated.  If anyone would be interested in evening hours contact any of the ladies above, or the office.  SUPPER CLUB – There is a new signup sheet for Supper Club on the bulletin board in Trinity Hall. CHOIR RETURNS from summer vacation today. New singers are always welcome and you are encouraged to lend your voice for this ministry.  Rehearsals are at 9:15am Sundays and at 7:30pm one or two Wednesday evenings a month. WALK4VETS is a fundraiser to benefit our Veterans and to honor their service to our country.   There will be a walk and a 5k fun run.  The event is Saturday, September 13, at the City Park.  Hours are 7:30am – 12:00pm.
