FR. PAUL ON VACATION  – Fr. Paul will be gone for continuing education and vacation from November 12th to November 27th. Call the office with any emergencies.

PICTURE DIRECTORY -Since we have several new faces at Trinity, we would like to update our picture directory. If you don’t have a picture in the current directory, or if you would like to update your current picture, we can arrange a time to have your picture taken. You can also drop one by the office, or you can email one to jfull@trinity-church.org. Copies of the directory are available in the Library and the Narthex.

CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY – Trinity is sponsoring a Christmas Giveaway again this year to help less fortunate folks enjoy a nicer Christmas than they ordinarily would have. Items needed are winter coats for men, women, and children, new and used toys, hats, scarfs, mittens, gloves, adult winter clothes, and new and used small appliances. Arrangements can be made to drop off items at the church. Monetary gifts are also accepted.

ADOPTED FAMILIES PROJECT – Again, this year, Trinity will be aiding the “Adopted Families” project sponsored by Good Shepherd by providing 75 Personal Care Packages. There is a list of items needed in a jumbo zip bag and we ask that you take at least one to fill. We have found that The Dollar Tree in the Park Shopping Plaza is the best place to buy these items. The bags are on the front pews in the Nave.

TRINITY ADVENT DEVOTIONAL – As part of our Trinity 175 celebration, we are compiling an Advent Devotional with short daily readings similar to those found in the Forward Day By Day booklets but contributed by our own parishioners and friends. You could write a short devotion and/or prayer, send us your favorite Bible verse, hymn, or poem and tell us why it is meaningful to you, preferably with the theme of Advent, preparation, and anticipation. Any submissions should be turned in to the church office not later than November 18th. Please don’t put this off! We are counting on you!

FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR MISSION TRIP – My name is Sandra Coleman and I am employed by Ohio Valley University. Dr. Stephen Opoku-Duah, professor of Chemistry and Water Sciences at OVU is heading up a mission trip to Ghana this summer with students and others, to build a church and other projects to help the people of Ghana. The cost for the trip is $3200. I am requesting financial assistance and prayers, so I may be part of this trip. You may contact me at 814 8th St. Vienna, or phone me at 304-675-7548. Checks are to be made to Grand Central Church of Christ which is overseeing the funds. Please mark the checks for me. Thank you for your prayers and assistance
