Jackson Coffee Hour Youth Choir Rehearsal EYF Meeting ********************************************************** CALENDAR MEETING has been changed from Nov. 12th to Wednesday, Nov. 20th at 10:00 a.m. CHANGE IN ENTERING THE OFFICE BUILDING: New carpet tiles had been laid in the entry way to the office. Thanks to parishioner Rob Parrish we now have new carpet there. The storm door is keyed to open the storm and inside office door, so from now on the storm door will be locked at night, if you come in the office door during the evening or on the weekend, make sure that you lock the storm door also. TICKETS FOR “An Evening With Zach Drennen & The Elewana Project”, on Thursday, November 14th at Da Vinci’s Restaurant, Williamstown, 6:00 p.m. in the Fenton Room are available in the church office or from Linda Bennett. PLEASE NOTE: THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY, NOV. 11th & TUESDAY, NOV. 12th. THE NOVEMBER OUTREACH IS FOR CHRISTMAS BASKETS/GIFTS FOR CHILDREN. The envelopes are in your bulletin, please be generous. 40 DAY BLESSING BOXES: the blue U.T.O. boxes will be for individual use for the next 40 days of counting our blessings. U.T.O. Ingathering is November 24th, when the boxes will be gathered. THE SUPPER CLUB SIGN-UP SHEET: A sign-up sheet is to host the Supper Club either at your home or at a restaurant is posted on the bulletin board in Trinity Hall. Betty and Vint Rathbone will host the November 15th evening at their home. Please give Betty a call and let her know that you are coming and what dish you plan to bring. THE HEALING TEAM MINISTRY is seeking those individuals called to offer this ministry on an on-going basis. See Fr. Larry. NEXT SUNDAY IS DISCRETIONARY SUNDAY when the loose offering goes to the Rector’s Discretionary Fund to assist with emergency situations, prescriptions, etc. Please be generous
